Order Cancellation Rights

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The Goods are in the original packaging.
- The Product isn't used or damaged.
- The Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods which deteriorate rapidly.
- Goods which are inseparably mixed with other items.
Exchanges
Yes, customers can exchange the product with a new one by contacting us. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp to initiate the exchange process.
Returning Goods

We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
